A single vineyard cru and partially fermented in small oak barrels, Exultet displays a savoury bouquet of frangipane and peach alongside hints of acacia, fresh mint, citrus and honey. The palate is silky and opulent with flavours of exotic fruit, citrus and honey balanced by a core of bright acidity.
