The Château Léoube ‘Origine de Léoube’ Rosé is a refined and highly accomplished Provence rosé made from a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Mourvèdre. All the grapes are grown organically and harvested by hand to ensure the finest selection make it to the winery where they are pressed directly. The juice extraction is slow and delicate to maintain the purity of the fruit flavours. There is an unmistakable scent of mint, evoking the herbs that grow wild around the vineyards. Even the nearby sea seems to have left its mark in the appetising, lightly salty finish.
