The Sánchez Romate Cardenal Mendoza is an exceptional Brandy de Jerez, aged for an average of 15 years in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez Sherry casks. Created in 1887, it is silky smooth, vinous and intense, with countless tones which bring to mind raisins and plums.
