Description

The Telmo Rodríguez Gaba do Xil O Barreiro Godello is a single vineyard expression of the indigenous white grape variety Godello, grown in the Galician D.O. of Valdeorras, in north western Spain. Fermented in stainless steel the wine is aged on its lees for four months prior to bottling. The resulting wine is intensely aromatic with aromas of bay leaf and white flowers. The palate is round, smooth and full with ripe stone fruit flavours of peach and apricot to the fore. The finish is long and refreshing.
