Grapes for this exclusive Thymiopoulos Vineyards white wine come from five to ten-year-old vines planted on limestone soils in the region of Imathia. They were handpicked in late August and early September and underwent fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, before being bottled unoaked.
