The Viña von Siebenthal Parcela #7 is a red wine blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Barrel aged for 14 months Parcela #7 has all the qualities missing in so many modern wines. It has a subtle red currant and red berry-scented bouquet with touches of sous-bois, hazelnut and aromatic herbs that are very attractive. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and pure red berry fruit mixed with black pepper, sage and cured meats.
