The grapes for Áster Finca el Otero are always sourced from the same plot from the oldest vineyard. The barrels are tasted and only the finest are selected for the production of Finca el Otero, with the remainder used to produce the Áster Reserva. Lovely fruit concentration on the nose with rich, jammy fruit scents. Concentrated cassis and spice, with good grainy tannins.
