The fine rice particles give this silky sake a cloudy appearance while bearing bolder tropical and stone fruit aromas, which can withstand spicy foods and rich cheese pairings. This is a smooth and silky sake that boasts bold aromas of pineapple, mango and lychee. The palate is creamy and textured yet lively and refreshing. Best served chilled (4-10°C) this `speciality` sake can be enjoyed on its own or paired with aromatic and spicy dishes.
