Grapes for the Lethbridge Estate Riesling are sourced from cool climate vineyards near Mount Gambier. Noted for its limestone soils and cooling coastal breezes. Partially whole bunch pressed and wild fermented in stainless steel, the ferment is kept cool to retain delicate aromatics. Aged on its lees to increase complexity before bottling. This Riesling has complex aromas of citrus and sherbet interlaced with musk stick and floral notes.
