Bodegas Lustau Fino del Puero Sherry is made from 100% Palomino grapes. Whilst most Fino sherry is aged in Jerez, the Fino del Puerto undergoes biological ageing in the cool and humid air of the port town ‘El Puerto de Santa María’, where the flor grows in ideal environmental conditions.
