Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and a small amount of Pinot Bianco this sparkling wine is aged for at least 24 months in bottle before release, evolving into an immensely pleasurable wine. Straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage Prima Cuvée displays lovely notes of fresh fruit, pears and peaches to the nose, with a touch of yeast and crusty bread.
