The Can Sumoi Xarel-lo is a natural and organic white wine made at one of the highest estates in Penedès. Pepe Raventos and Francesc Escala were convinced that the Xarello grape variety had purpose beyond that as a blending component in Cava and this expression from the high-altitude vineyards at Can Sumoi perfectly demonstrates their belief. Made with minimal intervention in the winery and biodynamic farming practises in the vineyard the Can Sumoi Xarello has beautiful, delicate aromas of green apple and pear, with light savoury notes.
