The Champagne Veuve Fourny Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru Extra Brut Non-Vintage is made from pure, hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes, sourced from vines over 40 years in age grown in the Vertus Premier Cru and other Premiers Crus. Only the Cuvée (first pressed juices) are used and it spends 7 months on lees, with the minimum use of sulphur. A minimum of 3 years ageing prior to disgorgement and a further six months “on the cork” – the dosage is “Extra Brut” (5 grams per litre). This Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru reveals all the know-how of the Veuve Fourny house and is a Champagne of purity, finesse and elegance.
