Description
Château Bouscassé is a red wine blend of Tannat, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes all picked by hand and de-stemmed. Cuvaison last 4 weeks and then the wine is aged in 30% new oak barrels on its lees for 14 months. A wine that displays harmony and power, a delicate fruitiness with aromas of blackberries and well-integrated tannins, full-bodied on the palate. Bouscassé is a wine that stays young for a long time, and with bottle age it evolves adding all the delicacy, subtlety and complexity of a vin de garde. Perfect with red meats, duck breast and confit as well as spicy dishes.[#intro]Brumont’s outstanding Tannat dominated Madiran displays harmony & power; a true Vin de Garde!…[/intro]
