The Château Roubine Cuvée Premium Cru Classe Côtes de Provence Rosé is made mainly from the local Provençal grape variety Tibouren, together with some Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan and Mourvèdre. The grapes are harvested at night and taken to the state-of-the-art winery where the fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks. This is a delicious and seductive rosé with a beautiful aroma unique to the Côtes de Provence. A wonderful bouquet of small red fruits is enhanced by exotic passion fruit notes leading into a delicate palate with distinctly dry finish.
