Description

The Chêne Bleu Le Rosé is a food-friendly expression made from old-vine Grenache blended with Syrah with a touch of Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Rolle (Vermentino). The pale pink colour is a result of cool temperature skin contact during maceration which is used to extract maximum aromas and flavours from the grapes before pressing. The wine is fined  using organic green pea powder, making this a vegan-friendly wine for the 21st century. Its rich texture and complexity, long finish and age worthiness make this a rosé that is designed to pair with food all throughout the year. Pale pink in colour Le Rosé displays classic Provençal red fruit aromas with notes of raspberry and redcurrant mixed with touches of pomelo grapefruit and lime.
