The Cognac Tesseron Lot 53 XO Perfection is an assembly of the domaines finest collections of Grande Champagne reserves. A wonderful mahogany colour the nose is aromatic and heady that only years of ageing in oak casks can give. It exudes woody notes, dried fruit and tobacco: very rich and generous. The palate shows an extremely attractive cognac, opulent, round and yet full of vivacity. The peppery and spicy attack then reveals aromas of dark chocolate and fresh herbs.
