Grapes for the Domaine Dureuil Janthial Bourgogne Blanc are sourced from a one hectare plot planted in 1955 in the lieu-dit of “La Combe” in the commune of Puligny Montrachet. At the winery the handpicked fruit is directly pressed without crushing. Fermentation takes place in barrels (20% new) and then maturation for 12 months in barrel followed by 6 months in stainless steel vats.
