This is a Millesimato Prosecco made from Glera (90%) and Pinot Nero (10%) grapes. An attractive pale pink in the glass with shimmering highlights. Intense aromas of fruit, especially apple and white peach, pleasant notes of red fruits, blackberries, wild strawberries and blackcurrants. Fresh and lively on the palate, very pleasant, well-structured and lingering. This prosecco feels much more serious with just 8 g/l of residual sugar which lends a lemon sherbet note on the finish.
