The Frassinelli Pinot Grigio is a dry, classy and very drinkable Pinot Grigio from the Venezia DOC. At the winery the grapes, after being de-stemmed, stay in contact with skins for about 12 hours. Fermentation is undertaken at low temperature and fining in concrete vats for 6 months. The Frassinelli Pinot Grigio is pleasantly fruity with an elegant bouquet that evokes freshly cut hay and attractive nutty notes on the nose.
