The Gašper Malvazija (also known as Malvasia Istriana) is a native white grape to the Croatian and Slovenian coastal areas that once belonged to Italy. This unique variety is known to create wines which are taut and zesty, while also slightly honeyed in character. Made solely in stainless steel, this wine is golden in colour with youthful hues.
