Description

The Joseph Drouhin Mâcon-Bussières Les Clos is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, sourced from a number of growers in and around the village of Bussières which is located on the beautiful Mont du Mâconnais, close to Pouilly-Fuissé. The grapes are carefully picked by hand and undergo a delicate vinification, with part of the wine maturing in 500-litre oak barrels and the other part in stainless steel vats for up to 10 months. The result is a beautifully balanced wine with freshness and complexity that displays aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits and a hint of vanilla.
