The Krone Cap Classique Vintage Rosé Cuvée Brut is handcrafted on Twee Jonge Gezellen in Tulbagh. The traditional grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, are night-harvested under the light of the stars. Krone Rosé Cuvée Brut is bottle-fermented and matured on the lees in the estates cool underground cellar. A fresh and floral bouquet of rosewater and cherry blossoms leads to waves of strawberry and cranberry freshness that weave through the lifted palate along a seam of superfine bubbles; zest of blood orange and mandarin peel radiates toward the edges. The acidity is pure and structural leading into a dry strawberry-hued finish.
