The Ad Hoc Middle of Everywhere Shiraz is sourced from Western Australia’s Frankland River in the Great Southern wine region. Why the name “Middle of Everywhere”?…..Some people might think Frankland River is a little isolated, but if you want to make great shiraz in Western Australia, it’s right where you want to be! Six to eight months ageing in new and used oak has enhanced the wine with subtle oak complexity. Aromas of red earth, ground black spice and dark berries lead to a palate of fine, silky tannins.
