The Moreira, Olazabal & Borges (M.O.B.) Senna Vinho Branco is a Portuguese white wine, from the Dão region, made from a blend of Encruzado and Bical grape varieties. Senna is the name of a vineyard located in Seia and the primitive name of this locality which dates back to the 4th Century b.C. Fermented in small stainless steel tanks and then matured for eight months in oak barrels (30% new) Senna Branco is a beautiful golden colour, that has a complex nose displaying aromas of gunpowder, stone fruits and floral blossom notes. The palate is rich, with great texture and very lively acidity that makes for a wonderful lengthy finish.
