The Matías Riccitelli Blanco de la Casa is a white wine blend of Sauvignon Blanc (40%) sourced from Gualtallary, Sémillon (40%) sourced from 50 year old vineyards planted in La Consulta and Chardonnay (20%) from vineyards in La Carrera, that are fermented in concrete eggs and then aged in concrete eggs for 8 months. Pale yellow in colour with greenish hints. On the nose presents scents of boj, rue, green apples, hay and remarkable minerality. A wine with fluency, energy and complexity.
