Mont du Toit is the estates flagship red wine that takes its  name from the farm where it is produced and the du Toit family who make it. Made in very small quantities the wine is matured for approximately 2 years in small oak barrels and bottle aged for a further year before its release. A Cabernet dominated blend that melds appetising dark fruit with warming spice, complemented by a lovely freshness.
