The Morandé Vitis Única Pinot Noir comes from the El Ensueño estate in the cold sector of Lo Ovalle in the Casablanca Valley, the cold climate valley par excellence in Chile and one of the great terroirs to produce outstanding Pinot Noir. Its marine influence allows it to refresh the vineyards and favour a slow maturation of the vines, providing great freshness, balance and elegance to the wine. It was vinified in open-topped oak tanks and aged in French oak foudres for 12 months. Ruby red in colour the Vitis Única Pinot Noir offers aromas of raspberry, fresh cherries and rose petals. The palate is intense, very fruity, floral and slightly spicy with an elegant, complex and lengthy finish.
