The Pala Stellato Vermentino is an award-winning white wine sourced from vines that are now 60+ years old. After fermentation, this wine remained in contact with the fine lees for about five months to add greater complexity and depth of flavour. A brilliant, straw yellow in colour with greenish tinges the aroma is intense with vegetable and floral fragrances of maquis and summer fruits.
