Description
The Pietradolce Archineri Etna Bianco is made from 100% Carricante grapes grown in a single vineyard near the town of Milo on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. The wine is aged in stainless steel and rests in bottle before it is released. Detailed notes of white peach, citrus and soft sage create a full and distinct aroma which leads on to an elegant, intense mouthfeel; stony, chalky minerals fill the palate which has a fine texture thanks to some gentle lees stirring.[#intro]Made exclusively with grapes from pre-phylloxera Carricante vines of 100-120 years of age…[/intro]
