The Rotari Cuvée 28+ Brut NV is a refined traditional method sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes sourced exclusively from vineyards on the hilly slopes of Northern Trento. Aged on its lees for 36 months this pure Chardonnay boasts a perfect balance between structure and acidity, pleasantly fresh and with a mineral finish. This traditional method sparkler shows fresh aromas of ripe yellow fruits combined with a scent of hazelnut and almond with sweet hints of vanilla. The palate is perfectly balanced with a pleasant freshness and a mineral aftertaste. Excellent served as an aperitif and ideal throughout the whole meal.
