Description

The Sandrone Dolcetto d’Alba is sourced from eleven different parcels situated on the highest hills of Barolo. At the winery each parcel is vinified separately before the best lots are assembled into the final wine and aged for 3 months before release. Beautiful ruby red in colour the Sandrone Dolcetto d’Alba displays aromas of plum, blackberry and marasca cherry, framed by delicate spicy notes. The palate is sweet and voluptuous with great structure and ripe tannins which together create a feeling of volume and density.
