Description

The Terroir Sense Fronteres Negre de Montsant is a red blend of organic Garnacha (75%) and Cariñena (25%) sourced from different vineyards around the village of Capçanes where the winery is located. Whole cluster fermentation with wild yeast in stainless steel, there is no pigeage or remontage. The grapes undergo a short maceration (approximately 10 days) after which they are pressed and allowed to finish fermentation. The wine is aged in stainless steel for 6 months prior to bottling.
