The Viña Echeverria Pinot Noir Gran Reserva is made from carefully selected and hand picked fruit grown in the cool climate wine region of the Casablanca Valley, the perfect location for Pinot Noir grapes to thrive. After fermentation 75% of the wine is aged in used French oak for 6 months prior to bottling.
